Lloyd Steere did a wonderful job for me selling my sister’s house under very difficult circumstances. My sister was suffering from dementia and had to go into an assisted living/memory care facility. For nearly two years her house had fallen into severe disrepair and disorder. We needed a sale at a good price to cover the cost of her new living facility. Lloyd arranged with several contractors for the house to be put into turnkey-ready condition at a reasonable cost. Although the market was falling somewhat at the time, he listed the house for a very good price and we sold the house for that price. I live on the East coast and couldn’t take an active role in preparing the house for sale or completing the many documents and other requirements needed to sell a house in California.
